Note: The report designer tool allows the user to view customizable reports for a number of state assessment participation and performance factors. These reports provide the user with either a multi-year or single-year analysis of data across all regular and unique states. All states develop their own state assessments and define their levels of achievement, including the level needed for a student to be considered proficient.
