Annual Performance Reports
Report Designer: Multi-Year Trend Reports

Multi-Year and Single-Year Reports Based on Overall Average (Mean) across Years

All states develop their own state assessments, levels of achievement, and minimum proficiency levels. This data is reported annually but at times is not available due to changes in testing process or policy — for example NEW grades being tested in 2005-06. For participation analyses the denominator used is students with IEPs in the assessed grades. For performance analyses states will be shown to have incomplete data if proficiency data for the regular assessment are unavailable for any of the analyses selected.
